[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css="" css_animation="none"]A @Christadelphians Video: Description: Description: The Bible teaches that man was made by God from the dust of the earth and became a living soul. Immortality will be a gift from God as a reward for obedience to him, for the meek shall inherit the earth. Resurrection is the process by which the deceased will hear the call from Christ and awake from the sleep of death. It is inconsistent to believe that Jesus will return to the earth to reward the righteous, if their so-called immortal soul is already in heaven!.
Contrary to popular belief the Bible defines heaven simply as God’s dwelling not man’s destiny in bliss; and hell as the grave and not a place of eternal consciousness with suffering. Consistently the Bible teaches that man is mortal and has no conscious existence anywhere after death. Immortality is not something we already possess. The Bible offers resurrection of the body at a future time of judgment when Jesus Christ returns.
**[Inspiring]** Join us for a thought-provoking and insightful exploration of one of the Bible’s most fundamental teachings. In this outstanding expositional presentation, we open the Scriptures to address the poignant question: what is the true state of the dead? Are they consciously alive in heaven or hell, or does the Bible reveal a different, more wonderful and hope-filled truth?
